2、沼氣發電機工作時應經常巡視、檢查沼氣發電機組的運行情況，沼氣脫硫及穩壓、防爆裝置，另外，為了防止進氣管回火引起沼氣管路發生爆炸，應在沼氣供應管路上安置防回火與防爆裝置，發現問題應及時調整或上報有關領導。

2. During the operation of the biogas generator, regular inspections and inspections should be conducted on the operation of the biogas generator unit, as well as on the biogas desulfurization, voltage stabilization, and explosion-proof devices. In addition, to prevent the explosion of the biogas pipeline caused by the backfire of the intake pipe, anti backfire and explosion-proof devices should be installed on the biogas supply pipeline. Any problems should be promptly adjusted or reported to relevant leaders.

3、進氣系統：沼氣發電機在運行中，操作人員應隨時掌握負載變化情況并應對沼氣發電機的大負荷進行限制，在進氣總管上，需加裝一套沼氣一空氣混合器，以調節空燃比和混合氣進氣量。

3. Air intake system: During the operation of the biogas generator, operators should always be aware of the load changes and limit the maximum load of the biogas generator. A set of biogas air mixer needs to be installed on the main intake pipe to adjust the air fuel ratio and mixed gas intake.

4、發動機：沼氣的燃燒速度很慢，所以對沼氣發動機有較高的要求。沼氣發電機的過濾裝置應定期清洗。

4. Engine: The combustion speed of biogas is very slow, so there are high requirements for biogas engines. The filtration device of the biogas generator should be cleaned regularly.

5、調速系統：沼氣發電機組沼氣進氣壓力不得低于1.8kPa，沼氣發動機的運行場合是和發電機一起以用電設備為負荷進行運轉，為了確保發電機正常發電，沼氣發動機上的調速系統必不可少。

5. Speed regulation system: The biogas intake pressure of the biogas generator unit shall not be less than 1.8kPa. The biogas engine operates together with the generator and operates under the load of electrical equipment.
