4. Check the linkage test of the automation unit

Inspection method: Two units should be used as primary and backup for each other, with either unit being selected as primary. If the mains power is manually cut off, the primary unit will automatically start and power will be supplied. If a fault is caused and the main unit automatically shuts down, the backup unit should automatically supply power after successful operation. To restore normal power supply, the backup unit should automatically shut down.

If not qualified, identify the cause and troubleshoot. The two units are mainly used and retested three times. If there is still one unqualified item, it is considered unqualified.

Test method: Turn on the starting power supply, move the unit working mode selection switch to automatic, send the starting command, and if the unit fails to start manually, the unit should automatically start three times.

8. Check the cooling water and oil heating of the diesel generator set automation unit

Test method: Connect the power supply, and if the water temperature is below 15 ℃, the heater should heat up. When the temperature reaches 50 ℃, the heater should stop heating.

Turn on the power, and if the temperature of the engine oil is below 15 ℃, the heater should heat up. When the temperature reaches 30 ℃, the heater should stop heating.
